The Project Architect is responsible for overseeing complex architectural projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the construction process.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• To prepare, develop and maintain the drawing lists, engineering data and/or roombook for projects listing function, material, equipment, as well as brand, product, type, specs, size, shape and finish
• Oversee the construction process, working closely with Client, Engineer, Modeler, and Project Manager
• To monitor project development on site
• To be stationed in the project site full time
• To liaise with contractor and consultants on site
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
• To work in a project team and under the direction of the Engineering Project Manager
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation
• To ensure compliance with the company's and department's quality, engineering, and procedural standards
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with other team members

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor of Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Architect with complex project
• Experience as a Site Architect required
• Must be experienced and competent with Autodesk Revit
• Licensed Architect (STRA) preferred
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
