The Human Resources Officer position in Cabang Bali requires a qualified individual to manage various HR functions effectively.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Handle Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Interview, Onboard, Recruitment Report, Newcomer Database Monitoring)
• Manage Compensation & Benefit
• Oversee Organizational Development and People Development
• Develop and implement SOP & KPI
• Handle industrial relation and external relation

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Have minimum 4 years experience in Human Resource field
• Have experience on handling Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Interview, Onboard, Recruitment Report, Newcomer Database Monitoring), Compensation & Benefit
• Have experience on handling Organizational Development, People Development, SOP & KPI
• Have experience in industrial relation and external relation will be advantage
• Detail oriented, multitasking, and have a good communication
• Proficient in using Ms Office (especially excel system)
• Experience on using HRIS will be advantage
• Can join as soon as possible
