The Factory Manager position requires at least 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Assistant/Vice Plant Manager in the plastics packaging industry. The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and be familiar with industry standard equipment and technical expertise. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for this position, which is based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.

- High level knowledge on plant processes and manufacturing process
- Safety and Health knowledge preferred
