We are looking for an experienced HR – Talent Acquisition Specialist, who responsible to review and fulfil Manpower Planning (MPP) in order to find the right talent (quality) and the right time (SLA hiring) to maintain diversity of religion, tribes, gender and generation.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
A. Sourcing & Hiring
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies using various channels such as job portal, social media & internal references; and various methods accordingly such as interview, skill test & psychological test.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify candidate selection criteria and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Sourcing and mapping qualified candidates for various vacant position in the company to meet SLA Hiring.
• Engage in a full cycle recruitment process.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure positive experiences.
B. On Boarding
1. Coordinate with Talent Development Specialist to conduct on boarding program.
2. To ensure 12 months tenure goes successfully for new employees.
C. Report
Coordinate with TA Manager to monitor and provide report about Fulfilment rate, SLA Hiring, and Engagement rate for new employees.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or related.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, such as usage of various recruitment channels and necessary supporting selection process such as background checking.
• Having fluency in written and verbal English.
• A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
• Proactive, having committed attitude toward work.
• Having excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing and completing priorities.
