The Sales Manager Area Aceh is responsible for managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with clients and potential markets in the area.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage, direct, and monitor the work of Sales Executives.
• Conduct joint visits with the team.
• Responsible for sales targets (achievement) and growth.
• Building a good communication relationship with the entire sales team and maintaining a marketing network with all potential markets in the area.
• Evaluate the team's performance and sales targets.
• Determine the selling price and discounts of products based on the company's price list.
• Coordinate with the head office Product Department in terms of team training, marketing strategies, product presentations, availability of products and estimation of future needs.
• Maintaining effective communication patterns with clients or customers, both existing clients and other potential clients.
• Opening new potential markets and building networks with various parties related to the sale of the company's products, especially with the Hospital, local government, and partners/work partners of the company.
• Organizing workshops/presentations/meetings with related parties such as hospitals and private or government agencies to advance sales of the company's products.
คุณสมบัติ
• S1 graduate from any educational background.
• Minimum 5 years experiences as sales marketing of Medical Devices.
• Having widely networking and having experiences establishing relations with Doctor/ Hospital in the designated area.
• Confident and have high initiative.
• Having good leadership and good communication skill.
• Having the ability to manage extensive team in a different work location.
• Willing to go on a frequent business trip.
• Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.
