The Secretary will be responsible for managing the scheduling and administrative tasks for company executives, ensuring efficient communication and organization within the office.

• Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of corporate secretarial work with experience assisting higher-level stakeholders.
• Fluent to speak or write in both English and Bahasa.
• Experience in handling event, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, calendar management, email management, project management and customer relationship management.
• Have good understanding about microsoft 365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time-management skills, and organization skills.
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and have interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
