In 2000, Japfa completed integration downstream in Indonesia by marketing branded processed food directly to the consumer. The Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff is responsible for supporting production planning within supply chain management, ensuring that production processes align with business objectives and inventory requirements are effectively managed.

• As Production Planning Staff you'll be responsible for supporting production planning at supply chain management.
• Translating business objectives into production processes.
• Forecasting production needs that align with business objectives.
• Create a production master schedule, forecast inventory requirements, and implement inventory management.
• Creating plans for procurement based on demand forecasting.
• Coordinate with material planner to determine MRP (Material Requirement Planning) based on production schedule.
• Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning) is a plus.
• Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Numeracy and analytical skills.
• Strong in data collection and processing.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work with a team.
• Proactive, collaborative communication approach.
