The Export Import Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of import and export activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining effective relationships with customs and vendors.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Checking all import documents before and after shipment arrive.
• EXIM activities including preparation, process, licensing, and analyze lead time of the process.
• Manage relationship with Custom & Vendor.
• Knowledgeable PIB information.
• Update all information about import.
• Problem Solving for import issue.
• Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure all charges and custom are billed correctly.
• Maintaining a database for import shipment and direct report to management.
• Processing claims on import shortages and overages.
• Handing other report to government agency related with Import, licenses and facilities.
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Certified Custom Specialist (PPJK/Kepabeanan).
• Understand international trade, taxation, freight forwarding, logistic and shipping.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in FMCG industry is a plus point.
• Preferably specialized in Export & Import with minimal 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in English both written & spoken.
• Analytical/problem solving skill.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
