PT Sarana Yukti Bandhana (SYB) is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Executive – Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance its digital payment ecosystem by identifying and acquiring top talent to support various sectors.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
• Sourcing candidates by actively search for candidates through various channels.
• Screening and assessing candidates: by evaluating & assessing resumes, applications, etc to determine if they meet the requirements of the position, skills, & qualifications.
• Scheduling interviews, interviewing with hiring managers & other interviewers, collecting feedback from hiring managers and interviewers.
• Job offering and negotiating salary, benefits, and start dates.
• Employee induction and orientation.
• Actively involving in other HR function such as Employee Development and Performance Evaluation Management.
• Support and participate in the company’s efforts to maintain international standards on Information Security and Quality Management Systems as per the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
คุณสมบัติ
• Education: Min. bachelor degree in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management.
• Work Experience: Min. 4 (four) years as Talent Acquisition.
• Domicile: Jabodetabek.
• Language: Indonesian, English.
• Recruitment and sourcing skills.
• Interview and assessment skills.
• Psychological Knowledge: hands on in using Psychological tools & instrument and analyzing the result.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic and responsive to establish relationships with candidates.
• Problem-Solving Skill: ability to identify problems, develop creative solutions, is essential for overcoming obstacles.
• Time Management: discipline and punctual, managing multiple tasks, coordinating interviews, and keeping track of candidate pipelines.
• Detail Oriented: accurately reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and comply with hiring procedures.
• Analytical Skills: ability to analyze both the psychological and technical side of the candidate that can ensure effectiveness in recruitment process.
• Accountability: responsible over their behavior and make decision by facts and data.
• Integrity: demonstrate consistent behavior in accordance with company values and policies along with high morality behavior.
• Adaptability and Diversity Management: swiftly and precisely adapt to various changes and differences in the work environment.
