The Marketing & Sales Executive at PT Sarana Yukti Bandhana (SYB) is responsible for acquiring new clients, generating project opportunities, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Acquire new clients that are aligned with company’s objectives through sales & marketing activities including leads generation, prospecting activities by way of cold calls, canvassing and networking.
• Generate project opportunities from new and existing clients by matching the company’s products/services and potential capabilities with the client’s needs and requirements. Prepare business cases, proposals and follow up negotiations with the relevant clients’ PIC.
• Develop and implement new projects from both new and existing clients to meet the requisite clients needs, prepare necessary paperwork, such as business requirement forms and memorandum of understanding, and manage the coordination with the relevant internal departments.
• Coordinate with the relevant clients’ PIC to nurture revenue from existing and new projects by way of socialization efforts, promotion, events and other creative means.
• Maintain and foster the relationship between the relevant stakeholders for both existing and prospective clients. Cultivate the corporate network through referrals, involving communities and other possible means.
• Gather market, competition and industry information as well as conduct market research analysis for the purposes of management insight.
• Represent the company at events pertaining to company’s business.
• Contribute to carrying out other sales and marketing related work as assigned by the relevant superiors.

• Education: Bachelor degree all majors
• Work Experience: Minimal 4 years in Corporate Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales
• Domiciled: Jabodetabek
• Language: Native proficiency in both English and Indonesian
• Able to Draft and Present Proposals and Presentations: Able to formulate and draft proposals and presentations that are tailored to existing and prospective clients’ as well as being able to present and convey its content proficiently.
• Communication Skills: Possesses excellent communication skills, able to convey content and objectives eloquently, able to ask the relevant questions as well as to discern and understand the needs of the client.
• Negotiation Skills: Able to negotiate solutions that are mutually beneficial for both parties.
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge: Able to swiftly learn and understand the products and services offered by the company in order to be able to provide the right solutions to both prospective and existing clients.
