The Recruitment & Training Supervisor (Site) will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, managing onboarding processes, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the plantation
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate with department heads to ensure the right fit for each position
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
• Identify training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers
• Design, implement, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies through regular training sessions

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and training, preferably in the plantation or agriculture industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, training program development, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must be willing to be placed in PT Sukses Mantap Sejahtera Factory, Dompu, Nusa Tenggara Barat
