PT. Sukses Mantap Sejahtera is one of the Business Units under Samora Group, engaged in an integrated cane sugar plantation with the sugar plant industry, located in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara. SMS is the pioneer and catalyst for this business in Dompu.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Inspect and maintain electrical motors, MCC, PCC, VFD, transformers, AC systems, grounding systems, cane mill lighting, power plants, and all factory machinery.
• Inspect and maintain transmitters, control valves, on/off valves, level switches, limit switches, scales, weighbridges, and all types of sensors connected to the cane mill, power plants, and all factory machinery.
• Inspect and maintain DCS systems, PLC systems, computers, and UPS systems for power plants and other machinery involved in the sugar industry. Be responsible for any modifications made to the DCS/PLC logic as recommended by the operational team.
• Assist with the maintenance of pumps, fans, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, chain conveyors, bucket elevators, agitators, centrifugal machines at the cane mill, and other factory equipment.
• Master all factory operational equipment to coordinate with the planner in preparing PM/CM, shutdown maintenance schedules, and stock inventories.
• Perform maintenance activities as planned without affecting production targets.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the same position is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): instrumentation and electrical.
• Having strong knowledge about manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Excellent leadership skills, able to manage and direct team.
• Willing to be work in PT Sukses Mantap Sejahtera, located in Dompu, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
• Willing to travel to Head Office Jakarta, if necessary by the company.
