PT. Rinnai Indonesia is looking for reliable, dynamic, positive candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 to join as Quality Assurance (QA) Staff in their Factory in Cikupa/Balaraja (Tangerang).

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company policies, procedures, and activities involved in ensuring the quality of manufactured products.
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and correct quality-related issues (including customer complaints).
• Monitoring the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
• Make proactive recommendations and offer or present solutions to the production to improve quality and work efficiency.
• Review production batch records and other manufacturing-related documents to ensure compliance.
• Audit the quality control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards.
• Oversee in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the factory.
• Conduct inline inspections, preliminary audits, and final inspections.
• Setting quality standards for the factory and following requirements and guidance for each department and process.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor or Diploma Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Placement in Factory Cikupa/Balaraja (Tangerang Regency).
