The IT Technical Support position at PT. Rinnai Indonesia requires a reliable, dynamic, and highly motivated individual with a positive working attitude. The candidate should have a minimum GPA of 3.00 and a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems
• Create technical documentation and reports on resolved issues.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
• Conduct training and provide guidance to users on hardware and software use.
คุณสมบัติ
• Min. Bachelor degree from reputable University, majoring in IT or Computer Science.
• Fresh graduated or at least 1 year of work experience in IT support or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with computer hardware, networking, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork capabilities, and high initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work outside of regular hours if needed.
• English is a must (oral & written)
• More preferable if domicile in Tangerang, placement in Factory at Cikupa and Balaraja
