Rich Products Corporation is a leading supplier in the foodservice, in-store bakery, retail, and industrial marketplaces, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for the Foodservice/Bakery channel to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales revenue.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Develop and execute sales plan to achieve sales targets
• Identifies, prioritises, and executes against accounts/prospects articulated in the sales plans
• Understand customers’ needs and create value-add product solutions
• Sales management including distributors, wholesalers, brokers and end users management
• Tailors product mix and solutions to grow account volumes and profitability
• Develop and expand new customers’ base
• Leverages the relationships and knowledge of peers to identify and secure new accounts to achieve overall “new business” targets and objectives
• Assist with product launches
• Products demonstrations
• Execute promotional activities to increase sales volume
• Address customer concerns with empathy
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
Value-Add Services
• Support new outlets opening
• Participate in trade show as needed
• Drive the Rich Experience
• Build industry relationships
• Provide regular report on work arrangement, customer information, competitor information and others as required
• Develop an understanding of the markets and trends to drive sales
• Continuously learn new sales skills & technology to drive sales performance
• Adhere to local government requirements/restrictions

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience working in similar role in Food Industry
• Bachelor’s degree from recognized tertiary institution in related field
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Sales Management, Solution Selling, and Negotiation skills
• Market and Product Knowledge
• Customer Service Management
• Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
• Planning & Organizational Skills
• Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with customers and colleagues
