The Product Development position involves leading product innovation efforts, conducting market research, and driving the development of new product concepts aligned with the company's vision.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead product innovation team in identifying market opportunities, consumer needs, and emerging trends to drive the development of new product concepts.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product innovation strategy and plans aligned with Rhino Indonesia’s vision and values with product development and R&D team.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and consumer testing to validate product concepts and guide decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing product lines through innovation and renovation initiatives.
• Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the product innovation team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform product development strategies and decisions.

คุณสมบัติ

• A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development / project management.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skill.
• Experience in product development and innovation.
• Market Research and Analytical Skills.
• Strong Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management skill.
