หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu
• Assist in the management of the kitchen team
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in menu planning and development
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in luxury 5-star hotels or cruise lines (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• No visible tattoos
