The HRGA Manager position requires a minimum of a Strata 1 degree and 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. The candidate should have strong leadership, interpersonal, and business sense skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of employment law and best HR practices. The role is based in the Head Office in Pasar Kemis Tangerang with willingness to travel to different plants.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage HRGA functions including policy updates, recruitment, payroll, industrial relations, legality, HSE, and general affairs.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
• Ensure KPIs, PA, and SOPs are running smoothly within set timelines.
• Design and implement training programs for employee development (Soft Skills and Hard Skills).
• Resolve internal/external issues including supervision from relevant authorities.
• Ensure all employees adhere to company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for all operational activities in the HRGA Department.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Strata 1 degree and 5 years of experience as an HR/HR-GA Manager in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and business sense skills, as well as active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
• Experience and knowledge in managing GA in an organization, preferred.
• Based in Head Office Pasar Kemis Tangerang with willingness to travel to each plant.
• Able to join immediately, join ASAP.
