The Junior Plant Manager in Karanganyar is responsible for planning production, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and managing production assets to meet targets.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Plan production to achieve short-term or long-term targets.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain supporting production infrastructure and manage production assets effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate directly with the Factory Manager regarding the process flow for all factory production activities.
• Be responsible for meeting production targets as set by the management.
• Be responsible for managing manpower stability in the factory.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Production Supervisor/Junior Manager in a production-related function.
• Strong understanding of plant/manufacturing processes.
• Excellent planning skills, strong leadership, change management abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
• Placement in Plant Karanganyar, Center Java.
