The E-Commerce Operation Manager is responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy in alignment with the organization's business goals, enhancing the online shopping experience, and ensuring efficient operations.

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy in line with the organization's overall business goals. This includes setting sales targets, defining marketing plans, and exploring growth opportunities.
• Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the e-commerce site. This may include SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
• Enhance the customer's online shopping experience by ensuring a seamless, user-friendly interface, providing excellent customer support, and optimizing the checkout process.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, website traffic, and customer behavior.
• Use this data to make informed decisions and improve strategies.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled efficiently. Implement inventory management systems and processes.
• Ensure secure online transactions and payment processing systems. Stay up-to-date with online security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners to expand product offerings, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats in the e-commerce market.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of online retail operations.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc) and content management systems.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of e-commerce regulations and best practices.
• Adept at problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
