PT. Polyfilatex is known as FILA License and sole authorized distributor in Indonesia after signing a license agreement with FILA Holding S.p.A in 1999. We currently have FILA outlets/showrooms in several cities in Java, Bali, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi. To significantly increasing its presence in these markets, the aims of this goals is to strengthen and widen the brand visbility by creating a direct contact with a strong communicative impact to the final consumer. It will be accomplished by introducing the complete apparel an footwear collections in such a way as to modify the market needs and the perception of FILA in the most important and vast markets such as Indonesia.

Posisi ini mencari seorang Batik Fashion Designer yang memiliki pengalaman dan kreativitas dalam desain Batik, serta mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bekerja di bawah tenggat waktu.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Memahami dan menyadari sepenuhnya tren dan kebutuhan customer/ pasar.
• Mampu merancang produk pakaian Batik yang dikomersialkan di pasaran dengan mempertimbangkan aspek desain, estetika, fungsi, bahan, proses teknis, tren gaya hidup, dan mode.
• Bertanggung jawab membuat konsep musiman, mood board, dan koleksi desain serta mampu memenuhi tenggat waktu yang diperlukan.
• Bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan memeriksa koleksi mulai dari desain hingga proses pembuatan sampel.

คุณสมบัติ

• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
• Minimal D3 atau S1 jurusan Fashion Design atau Textile Design.
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman bekerja sebagai fashion designer di industri fashion Batik.
• Disiplin, cepat belajar, pekerja keras, serta memiliki minat dan kreativitas terhadap desain Batik.
• Pengetahuan yang luas di bidang produksi, pola Batik, pola garmen, memadupadankan warna dalam desain, print, dan bordir.
• Mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Bandung.
