The QA Engineer is responsible for implementing quality assurance duties, handling customer claims, and ensuring effective communication with customers and senior engineers.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Main job is to implement QA duties. No RMA and no Customer Claims
• Handle SCARs/ 8D/ eCAR/ Customer Claims until closure and report back to senior QA Engineer
• RMA verification and investigation
• Execute the instructions of the senior Engineer based on Customer requests
• Handle Internal Quality Issues daily until closure
• Prepare/ Create/ Update PCP with FMEA from process Engineering and OQC QA documents
• PCP and OQC
• Direct communication to customers whenever senior QA Engineer is not available
• Handle NPI Support-Product briefing, eFPs, ECO Meeting
• Compile build report data from IPQC and QC
• Prepare quality reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, RMA reports, etc. to customer)
• Review and approval QIR/COC
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering
• Proficient in English Language both Speaking & Writing and Mandarin Language (Advantage)
• QA Engineer at least 2 years with Internal and External Audit experience
• QCC, Improvement Project such as RMA and Customer Complaint reduction
• Customer Communication/ Interface
• Report making such as 8D report and customer presentations
• Fresh graduated also can apply
