Bina Bangsa School is a young, growing and vibrant school. Established in 2001, Bina Bangsa School has quickly distinguished itself for its academic excellence. In BBS, students undergo a rigorous programme modelled after the Singapore curriculum. BBS provides quality education to students ranging from Pre-School to Junior College levels. Our students sit for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the International 'A' Levels examination offered by Cambridge University. Bina Bangsa School Headquarter is looking for Human Resource Supervisor who will be placed in Jakarta campuses.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline, investigation and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Recruit and Onboard new hires.
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
• Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Maintains compliance with Indonesian employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• Working knowledge of HR functions and application Indonesian Employment laws.
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
