The Presales Engineer (Security) is responsible for gathering customer information to identify needs, proposing technical solutions, and delivering presentations. The role involves coordination with various parties to ensure successful project execution.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs
• Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipments)
• Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal
• Delivering presentation about technical solutions to customer
• If needed, doing demo or proof of concept
• Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions
• Coordinating with other department to provide required information before the project begin

คุณสมบัติ

• S1 graduate from IT, Information System, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• Having a good knowledge in Security Framework (e.g: NIST, ISO 27000, CIS)
• Having an experience in handling various Security Product (NGFW, EDR, XDR, SIEM, SASE, PAM, SAST/DAST)
• Having a Security certification will be an advantage
• Having a basic networking understanding (having a CCNA will be an advantage)
• Having minimum of 3-6 years experience as Security Presales Engineer or similar
• Having excellent communication skill and good in English
• Fast learner and have attention to detail
