The Researcher will be responsible for conducting thorough and detailed research in IT/Digital area field. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, creating reports, and providing insights that contribute to the organization’s knowledge base and decision-making processes.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Understanding a client's business needs
• Design and implement research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative approaches to gather relevant data.
• Gather primary and secondary data through various means such as surveys, interviews, literature reviews, and data mining.
• Analyze data using statistical software, databases, and other tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings.
คุณสมบัติ
• Graduated (Bachelor's Degree, Master’s degree or PhD) with good results from a reputable university
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Business Level Fluency in English and Indonesian Language
• Analytical mindset
• Strong documentation skill
• IT and Digital field knowledge
• Experience in Automotive/FMCG industry
• Ability to work together with clients and project members
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Passion for learning / growth
• Self-Starter
