The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, with preference for certain majors. Experience in the IT Industry is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome. Must be fluent in Japanese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication skills and motivation.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Building and maintaining relationships with client
• Developing account strategies
• Negotiating contracts and pricing
• Coordinating with internal teams
• Managing customer issues
• Managing customer data and updating sales records in the CRM system
• Sales administration
• Reporting to Sales Team Leader

คุณสมบัติ

• Diploma or Bachelor's from any major (Preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Japanese Literature)
• Having 1-2 years of experience in the IT Industry is an advantage
• Required language(s): Japanese, English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Japanese language minimum N3 level with good grades or N2
• Highly motivated, able to work with targets, and a fast learner
• Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal communication skills & high motivation are welcome to apply
