Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the medical aesthetic skincare product market in Indonesia.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and ensure the team achieves or exceeds sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer accounts to expand the company’s market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to ensure a highly skilled and motivated team.
• Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to support individual and team growth.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
• Work with the marketing team to provide customer feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions promptly.
• Oversee product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring retention and repeat business.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in medical aesthetics skincare product.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics market in Indonesia, including regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Based in Jakarta, with travel as required across the country.
