The Store Supervisor in Pekanbaru is responsible for managing the sales assistant team, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and maintaining product displays while analyzing sales and market trends.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP
• Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance
• Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP
• Understand product knowledge and ability to communicate it to customers effectively
• Identifying the market trend in our target market
• Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo
• Making a sales report and sales planning
• Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP
• Ensuring the security of the store, staff, and customers
• Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum educational background Diploma degree any major.
• Minimum working experiences 4 years in a similar role in retail industry retail sports and lifestyle.
• Have a good understanding about KPI's Metrics.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Good personality, friendly, honest, discipline, and confidence.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in the retail industry.
• Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and holiday.
• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau.
