The Store Manager position in Jabodetabek involves developing business strategies, managing sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining store standards.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Work closely with brand to develop business strategies to maintain and raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Report buying trends, market trends, customer needs and profit to brand management and principal
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance according to brand's policies and procedures
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training or workshops
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
• Provide coaching, counselling and conduct personnel assessment regularly
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
• Required skill(s): English, computery, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, Leadership And Managing.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail industry especially in footwear.
• Have an understanding about KPIs Metrics.
• Having experience dealing with mass product.
• Detail and target oriented.
• Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and holiday
• Willing to placed in Jabodetabek area.
