The Marketing Communication Manager supports the marketing and communications strategies for Lido Hotel, helping enhance the hotel's brand image, reach target audiences, and increase bookings and guest engagement. This role implements campaigns, manages digital channels, oversees content creation, and builds relationships with media, influencers, and other relevant partners. Key focus areas include social media, content marketing, email campaigns, public relations, and guest communication.

• Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Creative & Content Skills: Exceptional skills in copywriting, content development, storytelling, and visual design principles.
• Media & Public Relations: Proven track record in managing media relationships and handling PR crises, as well as familiarity with influencer partnerships.
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, track ROI, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is an advantage.

• Candidate must possess Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language(s): Indonesia & English.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in the hospitality, tourism, luxury, or service industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns, media relations, and content creation.
