The HCBP Executive position requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum 2 years of experience in the same role, relevant certifications/licenses, and special skills such as interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and English fluency.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Good knowledge of labor law and regulation in Indonesia.
• Proven knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components to include sourcing; qualifying; networking; assessing; selling and wage/salary trends.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues.

• Education – Bachelor degree from any major
• Experience – Minimum 2 years experience at the same role.
• Relevant Certifications / Licenses.
• Special skills – Good interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills; negotiation skills, ability to conduct Psychological test, Behavioral Event Interview, and fluent in English.
