The HR Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, managing employee performance issues, maintaining employee data, identifying training needs, and managing labor relations.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design, implement, and monitor company HR policies.
• Handle employee performance issues and enforce work discipline according to company policies.
• Manage and maintain employee data, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance records.
• Perform administrative processes for HR management, such as budgeting and workforce planning.
• Identify employee training needs and design appropriate training programs. Ensure effective implementation of development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Build good relationships with industry partners, labor unions, and relevant institutions to ensure a deep understanding of the latest industry trends.
• Manage and resolve labor issues effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR or personnel management.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations and shuttle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
• Good organizational and strong multitasking abilities.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
