หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Conduct MEP engineering design for various projects, from concept to detailed design, adhering to design codes and standards.
• Ensure drawings and technical specifications meet quality and engineering standards.
• Assist in creating reports, drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Analyze MEP component configurations using techniques and software (E20, Elevate, Dialux).
• Design efficient MEP systems and produce accurate outputs.
• Convey information to clients, architects, consultants, project managers, and contractors.
• Report project progress, changes, and issues to the Senior Engineer/Discipline Head.
• Liaise with contractors for technical compliance and safety during construction.
• Accompany senior staff to meetings and coordinate with other designers.
• Assist with MEP surveys, assessments, and due diligence.
• Complete tasks within agreed timelines and commit to professional development.
• Perform additional office duties as needed.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Overseas graduate preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction consulting company, with significant experience in data center buildings.
• Intermediate English proficiency in business communication (both oral and written).
• Strong leadership, independence, analytical skills, and interpersonal communication.
• SKA Muda or related certification aligned with Mechanical Engineering or other relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and BIM modeling.
• Experience with calculations, tanks, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers.
