หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Undertake detailed engineering design using structural engineering techniques and software such as ETABS, SAFE, and RAPT.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other design team members to ensure seamless coordination of structural engineering with all disciplines.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Represent the discipline and the company both internally and externally.
• Manage a team of engineers and designers/drafters, including mentoring graduate and less experienced engineers.
• Monitor and report on project progress towards time and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with the ISO Quality Procedure Manual.
• Liaise with construction contractors to review submissions, answer technical queries, and conduct site visits for inspections.
• Keep senior staff informed of design decisions and changes.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct structural surveys, assessments, and due diligence.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and maintaining training records.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field with a Structure Focus and a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Extensive experience with both industrial and high-rise building projects.
• Preferred experience with consulting firms.
• Capability in project management and effective communication with clients and other disciplines.
• Advantageous to possess SKA Madya certification.
• Knowledge of BIM is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
