The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the company, including recruitment, payroll, policy setting, and employee development.

• Work on documents administration, both hard copy and soft copy.
• Develop and implement effective appraisal systems, performance review plans, and training schedules.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll and ensure all deductions are correct.
• Manage employee recruitment.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum bachelor’s degree Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Preferably experienced in understanding of Human Resources practices, labour regulations, performance management, training and development, HR policy setting, legal compliance, and workforce management systems.
• Minimum 5 years as HR Employee.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
