The Property Relation & Acquisition Manager is responsible for achieving property targets, identifying potential properties, and managing relationships with building/estate management to promote FiberStar products and services.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Achieve the property target that has been determined by management
• Finding new potential properties from canvassing activities, such as new residential areas, new apartments, new office buildings, shopping malls, or industrial estate
• Offering partnership proposals and leading meetings with building/estate management to promote FiberStar products/services and build new infrastructure for other marketing activities
• Creating annual acquisition planning of prospective property building
• Managing relationships with the building/estate management to avoid termination and monitoring closely renewal partnership contracts to be done in a timely manner
• Acting as a frontline to bridge other divisions communicating with the building/estate management
• Handling paperwork towards the building/estate management for hardware migration if necessary
• Preparing project brief approval to management

• Bachelor Degree (S1) or above
• Having experience in the same position or same industry is preferable
• Good in communication skills, oral and written
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• High integrity and hard worker
