The HRGA Assistance/ Recruitment Assistance position is responsible for managing the recruitment process to meet the company's hiring needs, ensuring a high volume of quality candidates are sourced and onboarded effectively.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for the implementation of employee recruitment according to company needs.
• Take full responsibilities and work closely with stakeholders in fulfilling hiring needs.
• Fully in charge for end to end hiring process, from Job posting to new joiner onboarding.
• Multifaceted in optimizing and working with multiple sourcing tools and medias.
• Source high quality candidates in-line with organization needs.
• Create improvement plan and execute recruitment improvement projects.
• Ensuring all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Generate a high volume of quality candidates under tight deadline.
• Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing.
• Have knowledge about Training and KPI (Prefer).
• Other task from HRGA Manager/ Management.
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
• FMCG background will be a huge point.
• Have experience recruit e-commerce sector.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and FMCG Sector.
• Able to work cohesively with the team and across departments.
• Can speak English.
