• Memimpin dan mengelola tim pemeliharaan teknik
• Mengawasi pelaksanaan pemeliharaan preventif, korektif, dan prediktif
• Mengimplementasikan praktik GMP dan 5R di area pemeliharaan
• Menyusun rencana pemeliharaan dan perbaikan
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional
คุณสมบัติ
• Pendidikan min. S1 Teknik Mesin/ Teknik Elektro/ Mekatronika
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Team Leader (memiliki bawahan) dan diutamakan dari industri sejenis
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris (pasif)
• Memahami preventive, corrective, dan predictive maintenance dan memahami implementasi GMP dan 5R
• Bersedia bekerja secara shift
• Bersedia penempatan di pabrik Purwosari, Jawa Timur
