The company is seeking a talented individual to join their E-Commerce Division as a Digital Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate should align with the company values and be ready to contribute to the success of the team.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Implement E-Commerce CRM Marketing Strategies.
• Manage CRM tools and process by analyzing touch points with the users and business processes to ensure customer growth & retention.
• Drives and monitors CRM program activity across the business by build and maintain strong relationships within all user stages: new user, early adopter, mature users, churn users, etc.
• Support manager to develop strategies to increase users on website & app.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
• Manage the CRM content strategy & development.
• Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues and/or risks.
• Supports all senior leadership reporting.
• Evaluate aspects of web and app analytics related to e-Commerce and provide reports related to management purpose.
• Collaborate with media, agencies and other vendor partners.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/ performance marketing.
• Skillful in e-commerce marketing strategies & analytics.
• Experience in fashion e-commerce would be an advantage.
• Have experience working and managing a big scale of online marketing programs.
• Strong coordination skill.
• Proficient in English.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
