The Brand Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's identity, enhance customer engagement, and improve the overall store environment.

• Develop Display Standards: Create and update the Display Standard Manual for merchandise, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's visual identity.
• Concept Creation: Develop and determine lifestyle concepts and merchandise presentation designs (MPD) to inspire customer engagement.
• VM Program Implementation: Direct and guide VM operational teams in executing visual merchandising programs, ensuring high-quality implementation across stores.
• VM Material Control: Monitor and control VM materials, ensuring they are up-to-date, available, and utilized effectively in stores.
• POP & Mock-Up Creation: Manage and arrange Point of Purchase (POP) displays and lifestyle mock-ups for various merchandise presentations.
• Fashion Trends & Information: Provide fashion trend insights to enhance the brand’s visual appeal and keep the merchandising displays relevant and current.
• Store Assessments & Improvement: Conduct store evaluations to identify visual merchandising needs, and suggest improvements to elevate the overall store environment and customer experience.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree in Fashion Design, Architecture, Interior Design or related field from reputable university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in developing visual merchandising concepts and implementing them in a retail environment.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw.
• Familiarity with VM material sourcing and budget management.
• Strong sense of fashion trends and the ability to translate them into compelling visual displays.
• Demonstrated ability to create lifestyle presentations and Point of Purchase (POP) displays that drive customer engagement.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to addressing store needs and VM improvements.
• Willing to be place in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
