The Head of Performance Marketing at matahari.com is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance the omnichannel shopping experience and drive e-commerce growth.
• Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with business goals and enhance the omnichannel shopping experience.
• E-commerce Growth
Optimize the e-commerce platform for conversions, improve functionality, and integrate with in-store systems.
• Leadership
Lead and manage the digital marketing team across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Data-Driven Marketing
Leverage analytics and customer segmentation to deliver personalized marketing campaigns and improve customer lifetime value.
• Analytics and Reporting
Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and use data insights for optimization, ensuring efficient marketing spend.
• Customer Acquisition and Retention
Grow the customer base via paid search, social media, and influencer partnerships while driving retention through personalized email marketing and CRM strategies.
• Trends and Competitor Monitoring
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with merchandising, IT, creative, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and customer experience across all channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 4+ years in leadership, ideally in retail or fashion.
• Proven success in customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth via digital channels.
• Understanding of omnichannel retail and integrating digital with physical store experiences.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong leadership, team management, and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, with experience in AI-driven personalization and customer segmentation.
