Adaro MetCoal Companies (AMC) refers to a group of seven companies holding Coal Contract of Work (CCoW) for seven concession areas in Central and East Kalimantan provinces that were entirely acquired by the Adaro Group from BHP Billiton in October 2016. These CCoWs currently constitute 1.27 billion tonnes of premium quality metallurgical coal resources with ultra-low ash and phosphorus content. The Maruwai Coal Basin, where the seven CCoWs are located, contains the largest relatively undeveloped metallurgical coal deposit in the world.While developing these valuable resources, the Adaro Group continues to work with local communities and stakeholders to integrate sustainable environmental and community development programs into the development plans.

The HR Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing HRGA operational activities, local manpower recruitment, mandatory reporting, contractor data submission, and payroll preparation.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure all HRGA Operational activities are implemented in compliance with QHSE guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Supervise of local manpower recruitment activity, ensure that all activities are undertaken based on the plan and in good coordination with other departments, in order to minimize every potential issues.
• Prepare mandatory report to ensure that all manpower related reports is submit as schedule.
• Ensure that all contractor date are submitted punctually and accurately.Give advise to site management for employee relations and industrial relations issues at the site.
• Prepare payroll data & document, leave's balance, expense claim report, medical claims check.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree of Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years experiences (preferable in mining industry)
• Experience in HR matters (recruitment, timesheet management, payroll preparation, training & development, policy & regulations)
• Experience to create and maintain HR System (HRIS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication
• Achievement & Improvement oriented
• Willing to work in remote location with roster 5:2
• Live in Kalimantan will be an advantage
