Adaro MetCoal Companies (AMC) refers to a group of seven companies holding Coal Contract of Work (CCoW) for seven concession areas in Central and East Kalimantan provinces that were entirely acquired by the Adaro Group from BHP Billiton in October 2016. These CCoWs currently constitute 1.27 billion tonnes of premium quality metallurgical coal resources with ultra-low ash and phosphorus content. The Maruwai Coal Basin, where the seven CCoWs are located, contains the largest relatively undeveloped metallurgical coal deposit in the world.While developing these valuable resources, the Adaro Group continues to work with local communities and stakeholders to integrate sustainable environmental and community development programs into the development plans.
The External Relations - Obligation and Reporting Officer will be responsible for identifying obligations and reporting requirements, coordinating with users for data collection, ensuring compliance with standards, and preparing activity reports using PDCA methods.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Undertake obligation and reporting identification of permit certificate and/or regulations
• Develop reporting reminder and database system
• Coordinate the user for obligation fulfillment and reporting data collecting
• Ensure obligation fulfillment and perform reporting data verification
• Ensure all data of obligation fulfillment and reporting are met the format/ standard
• Facilitate for obligation fulfillment and reporting document are approved as it authority
• Ensure obligation fulfillment and reporting document submission as the target
• Define the rootcause and corrective action for overdue obligation and reporting fulfillment
• Prepare activity report on PDCA methods
• Ensure all obligation and reporting having receipt evidence.

• Bachelor Degree in Geological Engineering / Environment Engineering / Forestry or any relevant major
• 3 Years experience as Obligation & Reporting or Government Relations role
• Background in Coal Mining industry will be preferred
