The Planning PIC is responsible for creating and managing production schedules, overseeing inventory, and leading the production planning team to ensure efficient operations.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Create and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts and orders. Adjust plans to accommodate urgent requests and issues
• Oversee raw material inventory and ensure timely supply. Collaborate with Purchasing to avoid shortages
• Track production progress, identify problems, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations
• Collect and analyse production data to inform decision-making and cost control
• Lead and develop the production planning team, setting goals, and evaluating performance
• Work closely with other department to ensure efficient communication and coordination
• Contribute to optimizing production processes and staying updated on industry trends

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience as production planning senior staff/ supervisor/ manager in manufacture industry
• Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
