• Develop strategies to enhance customer retention by improving loyalty and satisfaction through effective marketing efforts.
• Strengthen customer relationships with tailored marketing initiatives that address their needs and deliver value.
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience as marketing manager or related fields such as sales, public relations, or advertising is expected.
• Prior experience leading a marketing team or managing cross-departmental initiatives is often preferred.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
