หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Drafting and reviewing company policies including Employment Agreements, Company Regulations, or Collective Labor Agreements, related to managing industrial relations in accordance with applicable labor laws.
• Conducting audits of industrial relations practices (IRMA) in all business units and company groups, and monitoring the audit results to ensure that industrial relations practices across the company comply with the established industrial relations standards.
• Monitoring the recommendations from the industrial relations audit (IRMA) and coordinating the implementation process to ensure compliance with industrial relations regulations/policies, reduce the risk of conflicts, and improve employee productivity and retention across all business units and company groups.
• Preparing materials for socializing labor regulations and/or new company policies, ensuring that all employees understand their rights and obligations within the company.
• Resolving industrial relations issues or disputes that arise in each business unit and company group, ensuring that they do not disrupt the company's performance and minimizing potential risks to the company.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Law with GPA min. 3,00
• 3 years of experience in industrial and employee relation
• Has a good understanding at Government Regulations, Law and Legal Procedure, and Human Resource Policies and Procedure
