The Staff Purchasing Export & Import is responsible for coordinating and managing the operational activities related to export and import processes. They are also in charge of ensuring timely delivery of goods, negotiating with customs authorities, and maintaining supplier relationships.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for operational activities related to Export Import.
• Coordinate with external parties (supplier/principal, forwarder, government agencies, etc.) regarding the purchase of company-owned goods.
• Prepare necessary documents for Export & Import processes including handling required documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc).
• Coordinate clearance processes at the Port with customs agents, etc.
• Monitor and ensure the timely arrival status of shipped goods according to schedule.
• Coordinate and negotiate with Customs, ports, ministries, and the like.
• Handle administrative processes and understand the creation of PEB and PIB or related activities in export-import.
• Assist in field management for permits related to export-import.
• Record export-import administration.
• Source suppliers, make comparisons & negotiate prices, create PO.
• Ensure requests from start to finish with good quality goods and competitive prices purchased according to user requests.
• Control budget.
• Maintain and develop administrative systems for vendor & manufacturer lists.
• Evaluate supplier & manufacturer performance.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum education D3/S1 (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in export & import and Customs.
• Good understanding of taxation.
• Possess PPJK Certificate.
• Wide network of suppliers.
• Proficient in Computers, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc).
• Master and know the latest government regulations regarding import, customs regulations, required documents, and clearance processes at the Port.
• Proficient in English both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work under pressure, deadlines, meticulous, diligent, honest, and have good analytical skills.
• Able to drive a car/motorcycle and have SIM A/C.
• Able to work individually or in a team.
• Responsible, have integrity, and easily adaptable and quick to learn new things.
