หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

What you will do :
• Implement a Balanced Scorecard for the company performance appraisal.
• Align and integrate the company's strategic priorities with the strategies of each department.
• Evaluate and monitor the company's strategy.
• Develop good knowledge management to analyze the roles and functions of departments/directorates.
• Using digitization to increase work effectiveness and efficiency

คุณสมบัติ

What you need :
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Management, Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant major with min, GPA 3.00.
• Experienced in the field of Strategic Management / Performance Management.
• Have knowledge about corporate strategy & performance monitoring system development, root cause analysis, and marketing.
