We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Automation Engineer to execute the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies – a transformation to be a digital factory. This role will focus on integrating and optimizing PLC and SCADA systems, ensuring seamless digital transformation across processes while maintaining compliance with safety standards in the FMCG industry.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design, develop, and implement digital transformation for manufacturing processes.
• Design, develop, and implement PLC and SCADA systems for new and existing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and SCADA systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Integrate new systems with existing ones to enhance functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in project planning and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in FMCG Industry.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to digital transformation, PLC and SCADA systems.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong experience with PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA systems.
• Familiar with industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus.
• Familiar with IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Familiar with robotics and have the ability to troubleshoot mechatronics systems will be an advantage.
• Familiar with industrial instrumentation technologies, such as pressure, temperature, and flow measurement will be an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Python dan C++ will be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to be placed in Rancaekek, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat.
