Sales Executive - Rubber

The Sales Executive will identify business opportunities and manage partnerships with rubber offtake buyers, setting and negotiating selling prices, monitoring prices, and being responsible for profit and loss in rubber sales. This role will report directly to the Business Manager & National Sales Manager.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Identifying business opportunities and extend partnerships to offtakes buyers
• Support the Branch Manager establish contacts and develop relationship in the region
• Deepening existing relationships and assisting transactions with buyers
• Analyze offtakes sales and operations to increase sales and offtakes process efficiency
• Building a sales network of big rubber offtake buyers across island to support sales of rubber
• Building a sales network of distributors across island to support sales of rubber
• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospective buyers (rubber)
• Support the Sales manager in establishing contacts and develop relationship at the branch level
• Manage key accounts and groom top buyers to key account status
• Gather crops buying prices from buyers in the region
• Buyer onboarding to JIVA system
• Assign harvest to buyers with logistic executive
• Monitor buyer performance
• Ensure that buyer are paying based on contract term
• Attending post harvest events with buyers
คุณสมบัติ
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Proven work experience in purchasing or procurement in a rubber factory, trading company, or Rubber processing for at least 2 years with a proven leadership track record.
• Have extensive networking with rubber factory, trading companies, farms, and other buyers at the regional level
• Deep knowledge of the rubber industry and rubber pricing
• Comfortable with start-up environment
